Special Rule (No Return Required):
For damaged or defective products, we offer full refund WITHOUT returning the item. Customers only need to provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will issue the refund directly.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days. The arrival time depends on your payment platform and bank processing speed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to personal misuse, improper operation, or artificial damage.
  • Return requests beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Customized or personalized products.
