Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from China to worldwide destinations. This shipping policy applies to all international orders placed on our store.

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

2. International Shipping Time

We provide standard international shipping for all orders. Delivery time varies by destination:
  • USA / Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia / Southeast Asia / Middle East: 10–18 business days
  • Remote countries & bulky items: 20–30 business days
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak shipping seasons, or logistics exceptions, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard international shipping for all eligible orders. No shipping fee will be charged at checkout for qualified purchases.
  • For voluntary returns (no reason return): While original shipping is free, all return shipping fees and related handling fees are fully borne by the customer. We do not cover any return shipping cost for voluntary returns.
  • We do not offer free return shipping service for any personal reason returns.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees charged by the destination country. All additional customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover customs duties or return fees caused by customs rejection.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package online. We are not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect customer shipping address.

6. Shipping Exceptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers may cause delivery failure or return, and all related fees will be charged to the buyer.
  • If the package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact us with photos and tracking proof for support.

7. Delivery Confirmation

The order is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier shows delivery completion. Please check your package immediately after delivery.
